Terms and Conditions

Last updated: May 26, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Finanshier mobile application, related features, and services (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, creating an account, subscribing to, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Who We Are

Finanshier is provided by:

Owner: Mohomed Rumaiz Mohomed Refaiz

Registered address: Sofia, Plovdivsko Pole Street 19, Entrance A, Floor 2, Apartment 6. 1756, Bulgaria

Support email: finanshier.support@symbolstechnology.com

In these Terms, "Finanshier", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the provider of the App. "You" and "your" refer to the person using the App.

2. App Purpose

Finanshier helps users record, organize, and review personal financial information, including budgets, accounts, transactions, assets, debts, profiles, and related reminders.

The App is provided for personal organization and informational purposes only. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, accounting, tax, credit, insurance, or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on information entered into or shown by the App.

3. Eligibility

You may use the App only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms. The App is not intended for children under the age where parental consent is required in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you when using the App.

4. Account Registration and Security

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, device, password, PIN, biometric unlock settings, and any other credentials used with the App. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or restrict access to your account if we reasonably believe there is unauthorized use, security risk, abuse, fraud, or a violation of these Terms.

5. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of the financial records, profile information, and other content you enter into the App ("User Content").

You grant us a limited right to process your User Content only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, sync, back up, troubleshoot, and improve the App, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of your User Content. You should keep your own records and backups where appropriate.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data.

By using the App, you acknowledge that your personal data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, only for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or exploit the App except as allowed by law.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App except where applicable law permits this.
  • Use the App to violate laws, infringe rights, commit fraud, or harm other users, us, or third parties.
  • Interfere with, overload, bypass, or disrupt the App, our systems, or security controls.
  • Use automated tools to access, scrape, or manipulate the App without our written permission.

8. Free and Paid Features

The App may offer free features and paid subscription plans, including Finanshier Lite, Finanshier Pro, and Finanshier Ultra. Paid plans may unlock additional features, higher limits, ad-free access, or other premium functionality shown in the App at the time of purchase.

Available plans, features, limits, billing periods, prices, trials, promotions, and availability may vary by country, platform, account, or time. The final purchase terms shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play at checkout apply to your purchase.

9. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it will be billed through the platform where you made the purchase, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Unless canceled before the renewal deadline shown by the platform, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Your payment method will be charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account according to the price and billing period shown at checkout.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your platform account settings:

  • Apple App Store: open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions.
  • Google Play: open Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

Deleting the App or deleting your Finanshier account does not automatically cancel a subscription. You must cancel through the Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

If a free trial or promotional period is offered, the subscription will begin charging at the end of the trial or promotional period unless you cancel before the deadline shown by the platform.

10. Billing, Refunds, and Price Changes

All payments, billing, refunds, cancellations, and purchase disputes for in-app subscriptions are handled by the platform through which the purchase was made.

For Apple App Store purchases, refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

For Google Play purchases, refund requests are handled by Google Play according to Google Play policies, except where we are legally required or permitted to provide additional support.

Prices may change from time to time. Any platform-required notice, consent, or confirmation for price changes will be handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play. If you do not agree to a price change, you must cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

11. Subscription Access and Entitlements

Subscription access may depend on successful payment, platform receipt validation, account status, network availability, and third-party subscription management services.

If payment fails, a subscription expires, a purchase is refunded, or a platform reports that entitlement is no longer valid, we may reduce, suspend, or remove access to paid features.

We may make reasonable changes to premium features and plan limits over time. We will not intentionally remove paid access during an active paid period without a valid reason, such as legal compliance, security risk, platform requirement, service discontinuation, or violation of these Terms.

12. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services for authentication, cloud storage, notifications, ads, analytics, subscription management, purchase processing, and other app functionality.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services except where required by law.

13. App Stores and Platform Terms

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, your use of the App is also subject to the applicable marketplace rules and terms.

For Apple App Store users:

  • Apple is not a party to these Terms.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you as they relate to your use of the App on Apple platforms.
  • If these Terms conflict with Apple's App Store terms, Apple's applicable terms control to the extent required by Apple.

For Google Play users:

  • Google is not a party to these Terms.
  • Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
  • If these Terms conflict with Google Play's applicable terms, Google Play's applicable terms control to the extent required by Google.

14. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App from time to time. Some updates may be required for security, compatibility, platform compliance, or continued access to online features.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device, operating system, country, or network.

15. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Using the App for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
  • Attempting to access another user's account or data.
  • Uploading or entering content that violates third-party rights or applicable law.
  • Circumventing subscription limits, security controls, or platform payment systems.
  • Interfering with the App's operation or security.

16. Account Deletion and Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. Where available, you may request account deletion or data export through the App.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, misuse the App, or if we are required to do so by law, platform rules, or a service provider.

Termination of your Finanshier account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through the platform where you purchased them.

17. No Professional Advice

Finanshier does not provide financial, investment, accounting, tax, legal, credit, or other professional advice. Information shown in the App may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or based on data you entered.

You should consult qualified professionals before making financial, investment, tax, legal, or other important decisions.

18. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will meet your requirements.
  • The App will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.
  • Financial calculations, reports, reminders, or other outputs will always be accurate or complete.
  • Data will never be lost, corrupted, delayed, or unavailable.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, financial loss, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to your use of the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the App or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 50, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Where required by law or platform rules, we will provide additional notice or request consent.

Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App and cancel any active subscription through the platform where you purchased it.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, unless the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer rights, you may have additional rights under local law.
